We use breath and movement as a vehicle to cultivate our capacity to deepen our awareness and to be present in the body.
In our practice, we pay attention to breath, find stillness and our own ground, listen to and follow the body sensations and impulse, and move in all directions, with a 360-degree orientation, from the heart and hara (belly).
Dance alone or with others. With or without music. With or without instructions. No prior dance experience is necessary.
We co-create and hold the space together where we inquire, experiment, witness, and expand our movements.
Dance inward with ourselves, Dance outward with others, and Dance onward with the community and everything arond us.
It is our intention to continue to practice our consciousness and embodiment in our everyday dance.
